The Board of Directors of FARA ASA has approved the Directors Report and the Consolidated Financial Statements for 2011. The Consolidated Financial Statements are presented according to IFRS and will be presented for final approval at the Annual General Meeting scheduled to be held 29th of March 2012.

The Group's Annual Audited Consolidated Financial Statements has no changes towards the figures presented in the fourth quarter report for 2011.

The Board of Directors proposes to the Annual General Meeting that there will be no distribution of dividends for the accounting year of 2011.

The Annual report including the approved accounts will be published on FARA`s website www.fara.no together with the notice for the Annual General Meeting.
