Jan Pihl Grimnes, Chairman of the Board

Mr Grimnes, born in 1961, has served as board member since September 2006 and as Chairman of the Board since May 2007. He holds a MSc in Petroleum Technology from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) and an MBA in Business Economics from the Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration (NHH). Mr Grimnes has over 20 years experience from the petroleum and IT industries. He has previously worked with Norsk Hydro ASA and Saga Petroleum ASA. He also worked as Managing Director of Geomatic AS and was the founder and Chairman & CEO of Technoguide AS which was acquired by Schlumberger. Currently he is Chairman of FARA ASA, and board member of Q-Free ASA and several non-listed companies. Mr Grimnes is a Norwegian national with residence in Oslo, Norway.

Anne Cecilie U. Marstein, Board member

Ms Marstein, born in 1952, has served as board member since July 2007. Ms Marstein is Director of the Planning Department, Region East at the Norwegian National Rail Administration. She holds an MSc in Road and Transport Technology from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU). Ms Marstein has over twenty years’ experience from the National Roads Administration and almost ten years from private consultancy, last as Transport Strategy Manager at Rambøll Norway AS. She also worked with the Ministry of the Environment. Currently she is board member of FARA ASA and board member of the Control committee of the municipality of Oslo (Oslo kommune, kontrollutvalget). Ms Marstein is a Norwegian national with residence in Oslo, Norway.

Svein Ramsay Goli, Board member

Mr Goli, born in 1940, has served as board member since May 2008. Mr Goli holds a Master of Business and Economics degree from Copenhagen Business School (Handelshøjskolen). He has over 30 years experience from the IT industry. For more than 20 years he worked with IBM in different sales positions including five years as Director responsible for sales in IBM Norway. Thereafter he was 10 years with Oracle as General Manager for Oracle Norway. For four years he also served as Vice President responsible for Oracle in the Nordic countries. He has been Chairman of the boards of Visma ASA, Tandberg Data ASA, DataRespons ASA and Norman ASA. Currently he holds board positions in several non-listed companies. Mr Goli is a Norwegian national with residence in Sandefjord, Norway.

Harald Arnet, Board member

Mr Arnet, born in 1961, has served as a board member since March 2012. He is CEO of Datum AS. He holds an MBA from University of Denver, USA and London Business School, UK. Mr Arnet has 20 years' experience from corporate finance and investments in Norway and internationally. He served as Senior Vice President, Corporate Finance, Norway for Svenska Handelsbanken. He has been a board member of Q-Free ASA, Wega Mining ASA, Avocet Mining plc, PA Resources AB. Currently he holds board positions in several non-listed companies. Mr Arnet is a Norwegian national with residence in Oslo, Norway.
