FARA ASA, the leading supplier of IT solutions to the public transport sector in the Nordic countries, has signed an order to change equipment to their existing customer Kalmar Länstrafik, Sweden.
The total order value is approx MNOK 7,3 excluding VAT.

FARA ASA, the leading supplier of IT solutions to the public transport sector in the Nordic countries, has signed an order to deliver EMV terminals and Web shop to their existing customer Nordland Fylkeskommune, Norway. This will increase the availability for passengers to buy tickets, and are tools to move cash out of the bus for the existing customers of Nordland Fylkeskommune. The total order value is approx MNOK 2,8 excluding VAT. In addition FARA will increase its’ recurring revenue from maintenance and operation after the software has been implemented

EBITDA YTD of MNOK 5,3 (-9,6 YTD 2011)
Net order inflow of MNOK 144, including Helsinki (60 in Q2 2011)
Order backlog at MNOK 207 (121 at Q2 2011), Helsinki included
Revenue of MNOK 45,3 (26,9 in Q2 2011)
Gross margin year to date (YTD) 74 % (78 % YTD 2011)
Accumulated cash flow from operations YTD MNOK – 3,0 (- 10,7 YTD 2011)
- EBITDA of MNOK -1,6 (- 2,0 in Q3 2011)
- Revenue of MNOK 26,8 (34,6 in Q3 2011)
- Some delivery problems related to third party
- Good order backlog
- MNOK 205 (133 at Q3 2011)

Datum As have on 28 August 2012 bought 51.970 shares in FARA ASA for NOK 3,96 per share. Datum AS now owns 3 985 077 shares in FARA ASA or 12.5% of the shares. Harald Arnet is CEO of Datum AS and a board member in FARA ASA. |
