The CPS/CFO Ørjan Kirkefjord has through his wholly-owned company K2 Invest AS bought 20.000 shares in FARA ASA at 0,485 kr/share. After this transaction K2 Invest AS owns 249.182 shares in FARA ASA and has the rights to 1.350.000 options.
